Axa XL has recruited CapSpecialty’s Matthew Moses and AmTrust’s Joshua Steele as senior underwriters in its excess & surplus team, based in New York and Arizona, respectively.

The carrier also hired Marsh’s Theresa Giraldo as a senior underwriter for commercial bonds in its political risk, credit and bond (PRCB) team.
