Marsh McLennan has appointed Francis Bouchard to its Advantage team as managing director of climate, where he will oversee climate strategy and the delivery of solutions that help clients create resilient strategies.

He will work closely with executives and climate leaders in the company’s four businesses – Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer and Oliver Wyman.
