Ryan Specialty Group has made yet another acquisition, signing a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Keystone Risk Partners.

Founded in 2002, Keystone – which generated roughly $8mn of revenue in 2021 – supports agents and brokers to help them minimize costs, manage volatility and budget more effectively.
