Insurance broker Brown & Brown has acquired the assets of Florida-based retail agency Corporate Insurance Advisors for an undisclosed amount.

Following the transaction, Corporate Insurance founder Mark Schwartz and his team will join Brown & Brown’s operations in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, under the leadership of executive vice president and profit center leader Mike Gorham.
