Premia Holdings has completed the purchase of Navigators Holdings (Europe) and its subsidiaries, marking the legacy player’s first acquisition in Continental Europe.

The deal includes Belgian P&C insurer Assurances Continentales, known as ASCO, and its captive reinsurer Canal Re, which is located in Luxembourg.
