Great American has signed an agreement with InsurTech Assurely to provide D&O insurance to private companies.

The partnership will work through Assurely’s D&O Tigermark product by raising capital through technology platforms and internet portals, leveraging the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act via Regulation Crowdfunding.
