While InsurTech Corvus is feeling “no compulsion” to become a public company in 2022, the cyber MGA is “certainly” not discarding the option in the future, CEO Phil Edmundson said.

In an interview with Inside P&C, Edmundson said that Corvus is “preparing to participate in public markets at a time when we are large and stable enough to warrant a public base of shareholders”.
