Commercial insurance broker AssuredPartners has acquired Lowell, Massachusetts-based agency Fred C Church Insurance for an undisclosed amount.

Following the deal, Fred Church’s staff of 160 employees will remain under the leadership of president and chairman Mike Reilly.
