Axa XL has announced the appointment of three new members to its programs division: Michael Branson from Liberty Mutual, Scott Young from Align General Agency and Linda Mai, an internal transfer from the reinsurance business.

Young has been named vice president and is working on programs business as a senior casualty underwriter, while Branson is working as a senior actuarial analyst.
