The parties involved in WTW's lawsuit over Aon's lift-out of its Miami-based facultative team are aiming for a May 2023 trial date, court documents show.

The broking giants will have until early 2023 to settle the case via private mediation, or it will move forward to a jury trial that could last between seven and 10 days in South Florida.
