Cyber and specialty InsurTech MGA At-Bay has added veteran treaty underwriter Stephanie Lynch as its new head of reinsurance.

Lynch, a financial and professional lines underwriter at Safety National Re for the past four years, earlier spent more than seven years in a similar role at Arch’s reinsurance business.
