Retail broker and benefits consultant NFP has named Kate Henry and Mike Walsh co-presidents of its Northeast region, in a realignment that has existing Northeast head Bill Austin transitioning to a managing director role focused on scaling NFP’s business in South Florida.

Walsh had been leading NFP property and casualty business in the Northeast. He joined the company in 2015 when it acquired Hackett, Valine & MacDonald, where Walsh was president and CEO.
