AJ Gallagher CEO Patrick Gallagher expects to see “difficult” P&C market conditions in 2022, as carriers remain cautious and rethink rate adequacy amid rising loss costs.

“I think carriers will continue to push for rate, and I don’t see a dramatic change in the near term,” Gallagher said.
