Miami-based parametric MGA New Paradigm has appointed industry veteran Mark Groenheide as senior vice president and director of specialty insurance programs.

Groenheide will lead a specialty unit to bolster New Paradigm’s parametric risk transfer options with buyers’ traditional insurance or reinsurance programs.
