Travelers has acquired the tech assets of property and casualty InsurTech Trōv for an undisclosed amount, the companies announced early Wednesday.

The deal enhances Travelers personal lines segment, with Trōv’s team providing technology solutions to the unit as the carrier seeks to expand its P&C offerings for personal auto, homes and businesses.
