Gallagher-owned wholesaler Risk Placement Services (RPS) has promoted two executives, the first in its construction practice in New York, the second in its casualty practice in Texas.

Mike Mulvey was named executive vice president and construction practice leader for RPS’s Northeast region, based in New York.
