RLI sells stake in eyewear firm Maui Jim for $500mn

RLI said it would net about $500mn after-tax from its sale of a minority stake in eyewear firm Maui Jim.

Kering Eyewear has acquired the firm, with the sale expected to be completed in the second half of 2022.
