United Fire Group (UFG) has named Eric Martin its new chief financial officer, effective April 18.

Martin is replacing former CFO Dawn Jaffray, who left the company in October.

The industry veteran spent the last 21 years at Transamerica/Aegon Americas, most recently as head of enterprise transformation.
