A New Jersey judge has dismissed an attempt by a group of hospitality companies to reverse his prior rejection of a combined $490mn in Covid-19 BI claims in a scathing decision handed down on Wednesday.

Plaintiffs included the Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood, NJ, owned by retired NFL quarterback Ron Jaworski and other golf clubs and hotel operators from across the country.
