NFP buys ReSure in third Irish broker acquisition

US broker NFP has acquired Irish intermediary ReSure Corporate Brokers, its third transaction in Ireland following takeovers of HMP Insurance and Aiken Insurance.

Re-Sure, based in Dublin, employs 14 people and placed gross written premium of $26.2mn in 2021. It deals in complex risk placements in restructuring, recycling, real estate, construction, domiciliary homecare and financial lines.
