Old Republic on Tuesday said it shuffled the ranks of senior management at two of its subsidiaries.

Workers’ compensation specialist PMA Companies (PMA) named John Santulli executive chairman, replacing Vince Donnelly, who is retiring.

Santulli was president and CEO of PMA since January 2019.
