Truist’s Q1 organic growth decelerates to 7.2%

Truist Insurance Holdings has posted organic growth of 7.2%, compared with 6.4% a year ago, though the figure marked a third consecutive quarterly deceleration and indicated a potential easing of growth tailwinds for brokers in Q1 earnings.

A results presentation showed that, as Truist’s adjusted Ebitda increased by more than 15% to $240mn and total revenues by over 16% to $761mn, it also increased net income 16% to $152mn.
