Swiss Re has recruited Kyle Burnett as senior vice president and head of excess and surplus (E&S) property, based in New York.

The executive announced his move to the Swiss reinsurer on social media.

Burnett joins Swiss Re from Axa XL, where he worked for over five years as E&S property head.
