Ahead of next month’s special legislative session, Universal CEO Steve Donaghy emphasized the need to address legal fees and their structure to offset the heavy litigation rates plaguing Florida.

“We're hopeful that the legislators take the opportunity to seriously discuss the topics that were covered in the last session and new ideas that are being bubbled up currently,” the CEO said on the first quarter earnings call.
