Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has filed a complaint against QBE North America and the team of casualty executives that left the specialty subsidiary of the Warren Buffett-controlled conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway to join QBE.

QBE North America in late April launched a specialty casualty business and named four BHSI alumni to lead the new unit.
