Insurance brokerage veteran Tod Austin has formed a new Florida-based MGA Seaglass Insurance Group.

Now Seaglass CEO, Austin was previously president of the Atlantic region at Memic Group.

He will be joined by an experienced senior team: risk management specialist Tonya Hawker and senior underwriter Scott Meinke.
