Lemonade still ‘hopeful’ it can close Metromile deal in Q2: CEO Schreiber

Lemonade co-CEO Dan Schreiber has said that almost all the preconditions to closing the acquisition of Metromile have been met, and now the transaction only requires approval from insurance regulators, specifically in Delaware, to be completed.

Schreiber also noted that the deal has been approved by 95% of Metromile shareholders.
