ProAssurance CEO Ned Rand has said that while his company has seen a lowering in claims frequency, the insurer will not yet be adjusting its reserving or pricing strategies in response to the decline.

“We're beginning to approach the time where the statute of limitations will begin to run, and what we're uncertain about is whether or not we'll see a flood of claims for the industry as that statute approaches,” Rand said...
