Specialty (re)insurance agency Am Re Syndicate has hit back at the counterclaim filed by Indian carrier GIC Re over a payment breach dispute, saying it “generally denies” GIC Re’s allegations.

“Am Re repeats and re-alleges each of the facts and allegations” in the complaint filed in February, the program manager said in a court filing reviewed by Inside P&C.
