Berkshire Hathaway has filed a complaint against a handful of reinsurers, accusing them of breach of contract over unpaid submitted reinsurance bills.

The lawsuit, filed by Berkshire’s National Indemnity Company (Nico), names TIG, R&Q, SiriusPoint and Global Reinsurance as defendants, as well as Brazilian reinsurer IRB and Japan’s Secom and Aioi.
