Nearly 50% of CRC's property clients faced double-digit renewal increases during the first three months of 2022, according to the wholesale broker's latest property REDY Index.

Around 16% of the wholesaler’s accounts absorbed rate rises above 20% in March and the other 31% saw rate increases between 10% and 19%.
