GuideOne has named Bernard Hengesbaugh its new CEO, replacing acting CEO Andy Noga, who assumed the role after former CEO Jessica Snyder resigned earlier this year.

Noga will return to his role as general counsel of the company.

Hengesbaugh spent 23 years with CNA Insurance in various underwriting and operating leadership roles.
