Chubb elevates Krishnan to COO of third-party administrator ESIS

Chubb has named company veteran Suresh Krishnan as COO of ESIS, its third-party administrator, and said Lauren Gillette will take his role as the head of its North America accident and health (A&H) business.

As ESIS COO, Krishnan will work to develop and implement new claims execution strategies, including overseeing the performance of technology, handling of workers' compensation, auto, general liability and specialty claims, legal, compliance, operations, process improvement and product development.
