Canadian carrier Intact Global Specialty Lines has signed an agreement to buy the US construction division of MGA Tokio Marine Highland (TMH).

TMH is owned by Lloyd’s business Tokio Marine Kiln and is primarily supported by the syndicate’s own paper.
