Hiscox USA is almost ready to launch its new digital platform, as the company seeks to recover the meteoric growth rate that its direct and partnerships division (DPD) showed until 2021.

Hiscox’s DPD business in the US had a compound annual growth of 35% between 2016 and 2021, but this fell dramatically to 12.5%
