Downstream pricing improving for clients, but terms holding firm: Gallagher

Downstream energy pricing conditions are continuing to improve for clients due to ample capacity, although the market is standing its ground on terms and conditions, according to a report from Gallagher.

The broker said in an energy report that downstream capacity remained broadly stable during the first quarter, with a realistic capacity of about $4bn for international programmes, and $2.5bn
