Legacy carrier Compre has announced that its holding company will redomicile from Malta to Bermuda from July 1 as past of its diversification strategy to expand the business beyond Continental Europe.

The group will be supervised and authorised by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, representing the latest coup for the island’s attractive (re)insurance regulatory framework.
