Tokio Marine Highland taps Heinrich as CEO as Blandford steps down

Chicago-based Tokio Marine Highland (TMH) has named Norman Heinrich as its new CEO, succeeding Pat Blandford, who stepped down from the top position after four years.

Heinrich has over 35 years of experience in the P&C industry. He joined the Tokio Marine Kiln-owned MGA in 1995 and helped build the firm’s flood insurance division.
