Julie Szudarek, CEO of online pharmacy Atida, has been appointed to InsurTech Root’s board of directors, effective July 1.

Her appointment comes two months after Elliot Geidt, managing director of VC firm Redpoint Ventures, stepped down from the board, which he was a member of since 2018.
