Aspen admits weaknesses in financial reporting controls, appoints EY

Aspen has appointed EY as its accounting firm for 2022 after uncovering problems with controls for financial reporting.

The company today said its previous accountant, KPMG, resigned on 8 June, before EY took over as its public accounting firm on 6 July.
