AJ Gallagher has filed a lawsuit against Alliant in an Illinois court accusing the privately held broker of engaging in a corporate raid of a construction team.

The lawsuit names construction vice president Kristen Long, along with seven other construction executives, including AVP Jordan Laeyendecker, Taylor Gunnells, Janet Schumacher, Melissa Haggerty, Rosario Zaragoza, Sara Arnold and Kelly Hogan.
