WTW has filed a complaint against Lockton and seven former employees from its M&A insurance division that moved to the family-owned broker over a year ago. 

Lawsuits related to team lifts between brokers are commonly filed a few weeks after the events, as plaintiffs usually seek to block former executives from soliciting clients and other employees.
