Fast-growing MGA and insurance services company K2’s response deadline to a lawsuit filed by Argo over a construction team lift has been extended to August 19, both parties agreed.

Argo sued K2 in May, claiming that K2’s mass hiring of its New York-based construction team was accomplished through breaches of fiduciary duty and contractual obligations.
