Cyber InsurTech MGA Corvus has appointed Madhu Tadikonda as its new CEO, effective immediately, while founding CEO Philip Edmundson assumes the new role of executive chair.

Newly instated CEO Tadikonda, who was named president one year ago, will also join the Corvus board of directors and will report directly to the board.
