Marsh has promoted Douglas Hardman as its new multinationals practice leader for Latin America and the Caribbean, effective September 1, the company confirmed.

In his new role, Hardman will report to LatAm risk management and large client practice leader Ana Patricia Giraldo and will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
