The Texas Windstorm Association (Twia) has readied a team to help insurance agents who are looking to place former Weston policies covering Texas risks with the state carrier.

Weston Property & Casualty was placed into receivership for liquidation on August 8 with about 20,000 policies, including a portion covering Texas policies, due to be canceled on September 7.
