Commercial auto-focused broker Reliance Partners has finalized a recapitalization transaction with North Carolina-headquartered private equity firm Carousel Capital.

With the recapitalization, the Chattanooga, Tennessee-based specialty broker expects to grow from nearly $500mn in gross written premiums to $1bn+ in three years.
