HW Kaufman-owned MGA RB Jones has sealed a deal to buy marine underwriter Smart Cargo Insurance from specialty-focused MGA Corvus Insurance for an undisclosed sum.

As part of the deal, RB Jones will have exclusive access to underwrite cargo insurance policies through Skyward Specialty.
