UK-headquartered InsurTech Sherpa is in market raising a $10mn inaugural Series A financing round, as it looks to expand its operations in the US, this publication can reveal.

It is understood that Sherpa has engaged investment banking firm Stonybrook Capital as an adviser in the process, which would be the first institutional round for the company.
