Argo Group has launched an attack on activist investors Ron Bobman and David Michelson in a letter today as it urged shareholders to support its own director nominees at the upcoming AGM.

The meeting will be held on 15 December and is the latest phase in a long-running battle between Capital Returns president Bobman and the insurer’s leadership over board directorships.
